With over 5 acres of views you can spend the day watching the never-ending array of wildlife from your porch, or take advantage of all the attractions downtown Julian has to offer just 1.5 miles away.

Located on one of the original homesteads in Julian, you’ll experience a combination of old with Ritz quality new nestled among mature oaks and evergreens, the cottage features all the amenities one could imagine for a much needed getaway.

The Story Book Barn was indeed the original barn on the property and has been renovated into a full service cottage. And features a California King Bed with twin sofa pullout.
